The following policy applies to all jewelry sold on Jewelry Showdown Live.com:
Risk-Free Inspection Period:
You will have a full, unconditional 10 day risk-free inspection period upon your receipt of the jewelry item.
No Hassle – No Questions Asked Return Policy:
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase so if for any reason you wish to return your item for a refund, you may ship it back to us anytime within 10 days of receiving the item. Items can only be returned during the 10 day inspection period provided that you or others did not wear the jewelry or damage the jewelry and the attached tags have not been cut, altered or removed from the jewelry. Items damaged by the customer or while in the customer’s possession cannot be returned for a refund. In order to return a jewelry item for a refund, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization # from Jewelry Showdown Live and then follow the ‘return’ instructions listed below. Items returned for a refund must be shipped within the 10 day inspection period.
Tag Removal:
The jewelry item you will be purchasing will have a Mylar tag attached to it. When removing the tag, please use scissors and carefully cut the tag. The tag cannot be torn off. Attempting to pull, tear or twist the tag off may damage the jewelry item. Please note that you cannot return an item for any reason once the tag has been removed off the jewelry. Jewelry Showdown Live will not be responsible for any damage to the jewelry caused by the customer. Items damaged by the customer or while in the customer’s possession cannot be returned for a refund.
Quality Control:
All items we ship will first go through a double check inspection process by two different inspectors in our quality control department. Inspections are performed using a 10X loupe magnifier to make sure that there is absolutely no damage to your jewelry item and that there are no stones or gems missing or loose. The inspectors also verify that there are no bends or dents in the item or metal and they make sure the item being shipped is exactly what you ordered and is exactly as described. Our items are boxed and packaged securely so that your item will not be damaged during the shipping process. Our inspectors will include a signed and dated inspection form with each order showing that your item was professionally inspected for quality assurance and had no visible signs of damage when the item was shipped.
Refund Policy:
You must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA #) before returning an item (see information below). Upon the return of your item, we will refund your credit card within 14 business days for the full amount you paid for the item less the original shipping & handling fee. Any potential customs duties or import taxes on orders shipped to Canada are also non-refundable.
How To Return An Item:
You must obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION number (RMA #) from Jewelry Showdown Live prior to returning your item. Do not send your item back to Jewelry Showdown Live without first getting your RMA #. Packages returned to Jewelry Showdown Live without an RMA # may be refused. If a returned item without an RMA # is accepted for a refund, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee or $10, whichever is greater (the original shipping & handling fee is also non-refundable).
To qualify for an RMA #, you must simply act in accordance with the 10 day inspection period along with the terms of this guarantee policy. To obtain your RMA #, simply email us at Returns@JewelryShowdownLive.com and provide us your name, phone number, date of purchase, order #, price paid, and item name (this information can be found on the original Packing Slip receipt that was included with your item). Please also indicate the reason for returning the item. We will then contact you within 3 business days by either phone or email to provide you an RMA #.
Once you have your RMA #, simply repackage the item and ship it to the Jewelry Showdown Live address we’ll provide and also include a copy of your Packing Slip receipt in your package. You will be required to pay your own shipping costs when returning the package to us.
When shipping your package to us, be sure to clearly print the RMA # on the outside front area of your package near the shipping label or address. Packages must have a valid and clearly marked RMA # in order to be received at our return facility. Be sure to also print your RMA # on the Packing Slip receipt copy that you included in your package.
Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you by email that we have received the item. A refund will be issued back to your credit card within 14 business days upon receipt of the item. We will notify you by email at the time the refund is credited back to your credit card.
Jewelry Showdown Live will not be responsible for an item you return that is either lost, stolen or damaged by either you or your shipper. If you return an item, we encourage you send it with delivery confirmation or tracking and insure the package with your shipper.
Refused Packages:
U.S. & Canada:
If a U.S. or Canadian customer who purchased an item refuses their package and has it returned to sender, then only a partial refund will be issued. A 20% restocking fee or $10 (whichever is greater) plus the shipping & handling cost we incurred to originally ship you the item will be deducted from your refund amount. Canadian customers may also have an additional deduction from their refund amount for any custom duties, taxes or fees that we may incur to retrieve the package.
Theft:
Once a customer receives their package, Jewelry Showdown Live will not be responsible for any lost or stolen item after delivery of the package has been confirmed through tracking. For the safety of your order, we do not print the word “Jewelry” anywhere on the outside of our packages. We use the name “J. Showdown” in our return address.
Manufacturer Factory Warranty Items:
Some of the fine timepieces and other jewelry items we offer will come with a Manufacturer Factory Warranty. If your timepiece or jewelry item becomes defective and is under a Manufacturer Factory Warranty, please follow the instructions of the warranty included with your item and contact the manufacturer directly for repair or service. If you are within the 10 day inspection period and you’d prefer a refund, you can request an RMA # and return your timepiece or jewelry item to Jewelry Showdown Live by following the ‘return’ instructions above as long as the tag has not been removed and the item has not been damaged.
